On January 5th, 2021 I kissed my son's forehead for the last time. Chris was just 31 years old. Chris was the 'go to' person for anyone who needed a heart hug when they were in pain. That's what his gentle spirit, heart and smile was always known for. In honor of Chris, I've decided to launch the Good Grief Road Tour.
THE GOOD GRIEF TOUR
The Good Grief Tour addresses challenges meant to unite women, who have experienced loss during COVID, with help to navigate their healing journey forward with greater understanding, support, hope and success in life, work and relationships.
From losing their jobs, businesses or someone they love to schooling their children at home, Neilsen reports a 41% rise in alcohol consumption affecting cognitive behavior and anxiety in women and the NIH reports a significant rise of psychological and physical abuse towards children, women experiencing depression and suicide associated to economic loss.
